I’ve been practicing yoga with Holly for 13 years. Holly started with a very small group in a small room, moving to a much larger space that consistently accommodated 20 to 30 plus people. There would always be a large turnout for Holly’s classes with a wide age and ability range, but Holly managed to include everyone in the practice with helpful ideas to modify what works for each person, and encouragement to lean into some of the poses if you were looking for more intensity. Holly made the difficult decision to stop in-person classes due to Covid, but worked to bring her yoga practice to us online. I had moved and was only able to practice with Holly online, so I was very excited. Then she was able to get back to her in-person yoga classes and still continued with the online classes. It’s obvious that Holly is extremely dedicated, and works very hard trying to provide all of her yoga students with a meaningful practice, and is regularly adding new poses so we have a good variation to work with.
Holly’s yoga practices are fun, always fresh, and I look forward to finding out what Holly has planned next.

No Routine, All Wonder: Holly defies the mundane. Her classes are like snowflakes—no two are alike. One day, we’re gracefully morphing into cosmic warriors; the next, we’re balancing on imaginary stardust. It’s like yoga with a cosmic twist.
Mindfulness Woven In: Holly isn’t just an instructor; she’s a mindfulness maestro. As we flow through asanas she sprinkles celestial wisdom into our sun salutations. While we stretch, she whispers secrets of the universe. Suddenly, my chaturanga feels like a cosmic conversation.
Seasonal Magic: Holly adapts to the rhythm of the Earth. Winter solstice? We channel our inner snowflakes. Summer equinox? Sun salutations with extra sunshine. And during meteor showers, upward dog becomes a celestial alignment.
Post-Class Bliss: After each session, I float out like a zen balloon. My body’s limber, my soul’s singing, and I’m ready to tackle life’s quirks. Holly, you’ve woven magic into my spine.

I have been regularly practicing yoga with Holly for more than 2 years and her practice has become an integral part of my physical and mental well-being. I had never been drawn to yoga but from the first sessions I realized Holly creates a meaningful and rewarding blend of physical effort, stretches and calming spiritual ease that resonates with me. The way she cues the poses and transitions, always guiding me to listen to my own body, is helping me to grow with every practice. Holly’s yoga classes have been nothing short of transformative for me. As an asthma sufferer, I’ve struggled with coughing fits and restricted breathing for years. However, under Holly’s guidance, I’ve experienced a remarkable improvement in my respiratory health. Her emphasis on not suppressing my coughing allowed me to embrace my body’s natural rhythms, leading to a significant reduction in coughing episodes. I've been practicing with Holly for close to 10 years now.
We're in a retirement community and when I first started with her,
the practice was basic and manageable for all levels. I had practiced
with other instructors over the years so I had a foundation and love for yoga.
I've never practiced with an instructor so in tune with her diversified following
and I continue to be impressed. The practices have come so far and she's taken us
with her at our own ability levels safely and with grace. She encourages our growth while
staying true to limitations and our tribe continues to thrive. Her cues with instruction are clear
and easy for us all to follow. We are always encouraged to embrace modifications as needed
or add heat according to our abilities. We have evolved from an in person practice only to recorded practices during the pandemic to Zoom and recorded practices with audio and visual. Her menu is a smorgasbord for us yogis. I also have to say that her leadership, compassion, and empathy has supported us through the tough times on planet earth and her integrity is a template for us all.
Holly is our beloved Yoga instructor and I'm forever grateful for her.

In my experience yoga is a very wide practice. Some classes are very physically challenging and some are not. I really appreciate Holly's approach to yoga which balances the spiritual and physical aspects beautifully. Holly reads the energy in the room at every session and effortlessly tailors her teaching. I come away from each class feeling rejuvenated in both body and mind.
Previously, I have tried to start doing yoga many times. Each time, I gave up after injuring myself, or finding it too difficult and intimidating. That has all changed since I started doing Holly’s classes a few years ago. Holly has a very special way of including everybody in her class, regardless of their abilities or yoga skills. She always makes sure to offer alternatives, and to gently remind us that we are in the class to enjoy ourselves and benefit ourselves, not to compete with others, or hurt ourselves. I feel safe and protected and included in her classes, and as a result have made more progress than I ever thought possible. At the same time, there are people in the class who are very highly skilled, and they are able to challenge themselves and also benefit. All in all, I recommend Holly as the best and most inclusive yoga teacher I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I have been a yoga student of Hollies for over seven years now and I continually attend her classes because they are friendly, non judgemental and sometimes challenging
Her teaching style is more verbal than visual which suits me because I can concentrate on my own poses more
She is constantly evolving in yoga which is reflected in her teaching
Holly is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. She is patient and kind, and very helpful when I am having difficulty with a pose. She is supportive and wise, a Holly class is not just a work out. Holly is very fun and uplifting, and brings a childlike joy and playfulness to some of the more serious sides of yoga. I always look forward to her classes and feel better afterwards.
